Reading your directory's visitor and listing stats

Understand the stats cards and charts on your Overview dashboard.

·

The Overview dashboard

The Overview page in your admin shows a real-time snapshot of your directory's performance. Here's what each metric means:

Visitor metrics

  • Total Visits — every page view across all pages of your directory.
  • Unique Visitors — distinct visitors identified by a cookie. One person browsing multiple pages counts as one unique visitor.
  • Visits (7 days) — visits in the last 7 days, useful for spotting week-on-week trends.

Business metrics

  • Total Businesses — all published listings.
  • Claimed Listings — listings verified by their business owners.
  • Pending Submissions — public submissions awaiting your review.

Engagement metrics

  • Total Inquiries — contact form submissions sent through listing pages.
  • Claims — claim requests submitted by business owners.

The growth charts

The growth chart section shows cumulative or per-period trends for visitors, listings, and inquiries. Use the date range buttons (7D, 30D, All time) to zoom in or out. Switch between Total over time and New per period to see absolute growth vs activity rate.
